Exeuctive Summary

Our Company was formed as a corporation in August, 2003, in Jinan City, Shandong Province, China, by Yucun Fan in response to the following market conditions: Growth opportunities exist in sport products.
1. The need for use of efficient distribution and financial methods in these overlooked markets.
2. We have several customers who are willing to place large orders within the next three months.
3. Several other prospective clients have expressed serious interest in doing business within six months.
We previously owned a company that was active in sports products. Over the past few years, we spent much time studying ways to improve overall performance and increase profits. This plan is a result of that study.
The basic components of this plan are:
1. Competitive pricing
2. Expand the markets
3. Increase advertising
4. Lower our unit costs,
5. Thereby achieve higher profits.
To this end, we need investment from private individuals or companies. A total of one million dollars is being raised which will be used to finance working capital, plant and equipment. The company will be incorporated and common stock issued to investors. The company will be run as a partnership
